Art doesn”t have to be overly large and complex. In fact, if you can imagine it, you can create it as art. I needed two pieces of artwork – cheaply and quickly! – to replace two self-portraits my kids didn’t believe represented them well anymore (they felt their own images were too childish!). Not wanting to spend oodles of money and lots of time shopping, I decided to use this as an opportunity to drive home a message I repeat often: Stay Focused.

I”m an artist, but not an artsy artist. What’’s the difference? I”m pretty decent with tools that really guide me along and fill in the blanks. I”m no freehander and can”t seem to come up with concepts that flow well from my brain to the canvas. For that to happen, I need special assistance, especially from tools such as Artrage.
