Spaghetti squash is my new favorite side dish thanks to this recipe and inspiration from the My Good House website. I always thought spaghetti squash was some obscure food I”d probably only eat by chance, say, as a side at a restaurant. That thinking was pretty off-kilter. I found the squash to have both a great flavor and interesting texture. The fact that it’s within reach budget-wise really helps.
